ASEAN Youth Community 2014
I'm soooooooo happy! Hahaha. You know why? I am a part of Asean Youth Community 2014. I do happy because I can learn lots of people's characteristics in ASEAN especially youth, and I can compare them to the other country. As well as I see, there are at least three delegates who comes from the country in ASEAN, they are Singapore, Malaysia, Filippina, Myanmar, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Brunei Darussalam, and of course Indonesia.
If I describe, the delegates introduce their cultural, habitual, traditional food, traditional dance, traditional language, and so on. That's really good because I can learn and KNOW what exactly their cultural are. For example, Thailand. They have a lot of tourism destination and one of them called Chao Phraya River and it's very beautiful. I've never seen a river like that before, especially in ASEAN. And also there is a leaf that we can eat, but it so bitter. I never want to try that anymore! Sssssst. But you know? The delegate is so pretty, but I don't know if the delegate is really a woman or not. Hahaha.
For your information, all of the delegates also showing their traditional dresses. That's unique and perfectly match. In this expo, we also be able to apply scholarship to the country in ASEAN. Because I already in university, I will not be able anymore to apply scholarship. And another reason is because my parents didn't allow me to stay in another country. Huhuhu poor me.... T___T
And now, that's all about my story about this expo. Even that it's just a very very very short story, I do learn a lot in this expo. How to communicate well, financial planning for youth, and so on. The good news is............ I have a certificate from ASEAN because I can be a part of ASEAN Youth Community 2014 :D Huaaaa, it makes me can't wait to attend ASEAN Youth Community 2015.
The one that I want to tell you is... always learn from the other person, the other country, and the other culture, so you can find who actually you are. See you!
Cheers,
EV
